BBYC has a bevy of excellent facilities that accommodate many sports activities, including sailing, swimming, windsurfing, and tennis. The club provides more than 200 dry moorings and boat slips for members. Additionally, BBYC maintains two protected swimming areas: one at the beach next to the main clubhouse and another near the junior clubhouse with lanes and swim platforms used for swim lessons and team swimming. The club also offers two fenced tennis courts for team play, lessons, and personal enjoyment.
The South Harbor Facility, built in 1993, focuses on youth, sailing, and winter programs. The building features a large activity room and the club manager's office. Outdoor accommodations include lavatories, showers, large decks, a workshop, and storage areas.
The Club's facilities are augmented by ample clubhouse and harbor area parking. Club boats include a committee boat for a crew of four to six race committee members, five patrol/instructor power boats and a 420 for instruction. We also have two outdoor surfaced tennis courts.
BBYC currently has 111 wet boat slips, 90 Sunfish and Laser racks, Optimist racks, 60 dry moorings for day sailors, and a beached catamaran tie-down area. We also own three 2-ton hoists and a jet-ski hoist with a newly surfaced boat ramp. Our marked access channel has an 8' depth at mean low water.
