The main clubhouse, renovated in early 2005, offers full seating for parties up to 200, wonderful outside decks and two full service bars. The building contains a brand new restaurant quality kitchen with walk-in refrigerator/freezer and top quality appliances and food preparation counters. The handsome rest rooms and the building’s one floor design offer full handicapped access facilities. This building also houses the Commodores’ Parlor with its brick fireplace.
Included in the rental is the following:
  • Tables round and banquet
  • Chairs high-backed cloth banquet style chair (slate blue)
  • Use of the facility from 8:30 am-11:30 pm
  • Staff member from BBYC to open and lock doors, work lights and handle any maintenance issue that may arise.
  • Indoor and outdoor bar area
  • Ice machine
  • Outdoor deck, surrounding property and outdoor furniture (optional)
You may rent from us:
  • Full on premise restaurant kitchen (all cooking can be done in house)
  • Use of mixer and soda gun at bar
  • Beer tap rental for refrigerated draft beer for both indoor and outdoor bar..
You would need to hire a caterer that is familiar with offsite cooking and wedding arrangements; they would be responsible for the bartender, linens, plates, silverware and glasses. We have caterers who own businesses on the island and have worked here many times and know exactly what you would need. You are at liberty to select anyone you like. However, if you hire a caterer from our preferred vendor list, the rental fee for the kitchen will be waived.
